Overview

ION manufacturers can request access to a Data Connector that allows organizations to view their data in a reader account outside of the embedded ION Analytics experience. This capability enables you to tie together ION data with other data products, such as ERP or timekeeping systems, for advanced insights.

As a standard practice, First Resonance sets up one user per organization with user admin privileges. This designated administrator can create and manage additional user accounts independently within the Data Connector, eliminating the need to rely on First Resonance support.

Setup Instructions

When being set up with your Data Connector, please inform your Customer Success Manager who the USERADMIN will be (email and name) within your organization. This will allow First Resonance to set up their credentials initially and equip them with the tools to manage their Data Connector account.
