Export a run

Export run data from an individual run using the More options menu in the run header. ION emails you a zip file containing the export.

1. Open the run.
2. Click the More options menu in the run header.
3. Choose what to export:
   • Export: exports information directly pertaining to the run.
   • Export with assets: exports the run information plus any attachments associated with it.
4. ION emails you a zip file with the export.

Export multiple runs to CSV

To export a set of runs at once, use the Runs page in Table view:

1. Select the runs to export.
2. Click Export in the toolbar.
3. ION downloads a CSV with a row per run, covering identity, status, part, procedure, quantity, progress, assignment, schedule, and batch.
