## Analytics > Quality

In ION, go to **Analytics > Quality**. Use it to answer: how many issues are open, how long do they take to resolve, which ones are aging, and how they are being dispositioned. The dashboard shows:

- **KPI cards**: **Open Issues**, **Avg Days to Resolve**, **Active Redlines** (issues with active redlines), and **Open Further Actions** (issues with open corrective actions).
- **Issues by Status**: distribution of issues across lifecycle states.
- **Age Distribution**: issues bucketed by how long they have been open.
- **Disposition Types**: issue counts per disposition.
- **Quality Issues**: a detail table with columns including **Title**, **Status**, **Disposition**, **Assigned To**, **Days Open** (highlighted past 14 and 30 days), **Age Bucket**, **Redlines**, **Actions**, and **Location**.

The **Quality Issues** table has an **Export** control that exports the table, with its current filters applied, to CSV. For the underlying issue lifecycle, dispositions, and approvals, see [Issues](https://docs.firstresonance.io/track-quality/issues).
